  1. I’ve been using cash for oil for a very very long time, but I still wake up very dry. I have a humidifier running on the side of my bed. Plenty of water, but menopause does take its toll on a 68 year old woman.

  2. I use olive oil on my skin every night and that does nothing, I wake up and my skin feels super dry then I moved to lotion but doesn’t change I think this video gives me a clearer idea of how to get baby smooth skin thank you. This is only for the face what can I use for the body?

  3. I use Neutrogena HA and then I mist my face heavily with water 💦. I go get dressed while it all soaks in.

  4. I use organic shea butter every day on my entire body . Don’t tell me that it doesn’t moisturize my skin. You should see the difference since I’ve been religiously using it for a year now. GOOH ! LOL

  5. returning here after trying the squalane oil from the ordinary – thank you so much for making this video I have never had better skin than after using it. honestly I have struggled with acne for so many years and this finally worked!

  6. At what humidity would hyaluronic acid start being helpful? I live on the Big Island, and it’s pretty humid, so I wonder if being someone with dry skin it’s actually a good ingredient in my case. Thanks!

  7. Mexicans do eat brains though. They also eat tongue and stomach. And lots of cultures eat liver. Guess what? Those organ meats have way more vitamins and building blocks than eating just “ carbs and proteins”.

    Thx for the informations.
May I ask you something….. I’m from France and my English is poor, I try to listen and understand your cute accent but it’s not that easy.
And the background music doesn’t help me at all 😭😬

  9. This is only about hyaluronic acid moisturisers only.

Normal moisturiser is just water, oil and perfume

  10. Hmmm I’m a guy, never used any skincare products, still no wrinkles or bad looking skin, just cold water to wash my face… and I’m nearing my 40s, only my grey hair is the contradiction of looking younger 😂

  11. Really hard to listen to with such loud music, great information but please consider turning down the music!

  12. This may be the most helpful video I’ve watched in a while, and by the way you look, I absolutely believe you. Thanks for the knowledge!👌

  13. Is la roche posay double repair moisturizer an exception to this or is even this moisturizer damaging to the skin?

  14. Well its also constantly washing it and cleansing, because by doing so you wash off the natural oils produced that act as moisturiser. I only wash and cleanse my face twice a week

  15. I’ve always felt like Hyalauronic acid was so gimmicky. I had this exact problem when I tried a cream and cleanser with HA.

  16. Hello doc, i have oily skin but some parts of my face is dry n flaky. Wat should i do? Pls suggest/recommemd something. 😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏 please help

  17. My hands need moisturizer every day or the skin cracks. I like glycerin and ceramides and maybe an occlusive substance like Vaseline or an oil on top. I don’t like hyaluronic acid.

  18. I’ve noticed my skin is looking more dehydrated now and I think the culprit is the hyaluronic acid I’ve been using

  19. This video helped me so much. I tried 100% squalene and my dry face healed and rarely gets break out

  20. I only use shampoo, body wash and deodorant, I let my body do its own thing for the rest

  21. I never really put any creams on my face ever! My skin is fabulous and totally clear at 47. All I do once in awhile is put vaseline on my eyes before I sleep. I also drink a lot of water and no alcohol as that really dries out many peoples skin.

  22. Hey, i was wondering if you could use adapalene after applying castor oil on the face?

  23. Do you have plastic surgeon saying yes, keep your face moisturize and they give you products to either purchase or you can purchase them from some other source then you have doctors that tell you not to ….very confusing

  24. This is brilliant advice – all those young influencers pumping layers of items on their faces are just part of a huge PR scheme.

  25. Yeah, so I was thinking about this. What if we just got out of the shower though? Would that also be a good time to use moisturizer?

  26. Omg yes. I spent so much money trying all kinds of moisturisers and I always ended up with either a breakout or my skin being just as dry as it was before . I have been using jojoba oil now instead and oh my god..no more dry patches, my skin tone has evened out and I no longer break out. I can’t believe only one product did all of this and it costs nothing.

  27. I started only using rosehip oil or squalane oil after cleansing and at first it felt great but now I’m noticing my skin feels dry when I wake up in the mornings and my forehead looks almost damaged and wrinkly! Is there something I’m doing wrong or should I be following the oil with another product?
