I agree , I use apple cider vinegar as a rinse before I shampoo, and it leaves my hair moisturized and very little breakage, like minimal!! ACV is amazing. I have 4C hair btw

Most mixed people like myself don’t have a problem growing our hair. Not a good example your hair is easy to grow.
Healthy hair journey. Relaxed or natural. Our hair most definitely can grow! Minimize manipulation. Keep it moisturized. Less heat to avoid heat damage. ( In 2017, I grew it to my waistline. I big chopped, so I’m starting over.)
ACV is good to use but she should have mentioned that acv needs to be diluted to the appropriate ph otherwise it can actually do more damage than good.
Haitian castor are the best because no bleach ingredients and added any other stuff. I have the best with me now. You can get some from me cost from 10-25 dollars depending the size of the bottle you want

Be careful with acv on hairs. Ask your doctor first. It might ruin hairs. Dont follow these random influencers
