  1. Why don’t they regulate supplements? Why don’t doctors study supplements instead of just bashing supplements that have helped many people. I was prescribed metformin my doctors for years and it NEVER helped at all! Metformin is studied, and touted to work. I took inositol and my period has become regular in two months. No thanks to the many doctors and specialists

  2. Has anyone taken the Flo pms capsule and any issues with they sling like I didn’t have white little bumps in my face before now I do could this be why I have all because of the Flo capsule?

  3. What are your thoughts on Dr Kellyann &Me supplements which is endorsed by Celebrity Drew Barrymore? Just bought a bottle and now thinking is this one of “those” supplements?

  4. For the FLO she said it isn’t bad but *probably* doesn’t help. She also says this because they haven’t done tests, but how do u know they haven’t done tests? There are some people out there who say it works for them.. i also don’t really feel like the getting 100ppl to take the same thing is an accurate test because everyone’s body responds differently to different products so it would be biased.
    My advice would be to just try it out if u want to & if it works for you, great, if not then don’t take it anymore đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž.

  5. Lol as I was seriously considering getting Flo
 thank you!
    Also, how do you feel about gut health, biome products?

  6. Hi Dr. Jennifer, I came here to see if the flow hormone management had any reviews. Happy to find a women looking out for us to avoid the bs. I do however, feel a bit hopeless in my understanding of how I can fix some hormonal issues I’ve been experiencing. Is there anyway you’d be willing to chat with me? Of course I understand your time may come at a cost. Thank you

  7. I just ordered S’moo. The amount of people that have sworn by it speaks for itself. And I beg to differ about the ingredients in it, there are scientific studies to back claims of ingredients in it. I was prescribed Metformin when I was first diagnosed with PCOS. Absolutely couldn’t tolerate it and wound up in the ER with severe dehydration because of it đŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™€ïž and I don’t even have diabetes, in fact my blood sugar actually borders on the low side. And yes, hormone imbalance is a real thing. When you get blood testing for PCOS, they DO test your hormone levels and it is known that PCOS affects your testosterone, LH, FSH, estrogen and insulin levels and how your body uses them. I’m not going to encourage or discourage anyone to take or not take medication vs supplements, but do your research and work with your doctor to do what’s best for you. And just to add, supplements are just that, a supplement to a healthy lifestyle, not a replacement for eating healthy and getting in some exercise

  8. Hey Thanks for the video and I love it!! I am currently interested in ‘happy mammoth’ and what do you think about it? :))

  9. ugh, WHAT DOES WORK????? Not everyone can take hormonal medication & most of those people found this video trying to get helpful info that is not just the same outdated medical advise. This video sounds like an script all gyno’s follow, just look at the comments. bangs head into keyboard…….

  10. Can you please review the Prego /male & female from O Positiv

    I desperately bought them to be able to conceive faster đŸ˜đŸ™đŸœ

  11. I have used FLO for about 5 years now. It’s a good product that has helped me with various issues and has been much cheaper and effective than anything I’ve received from the doctor’s office.

  12. Medications given by doctors have too many side effects. Nobody wants to be prescribed something that could possibly cause blood clots, stroke, heart attack, depression, and suicidal thoughts
.Birth control caused me to have massive migraines and periods that lasted months at a time
.Instead of going over supplements that you believe don’t work, why don’t you go over some that can? Women are tired of feeling sick behind prescriptions
.

  13. Have you looked into Semaine Health or Uqora before? I would be interested to know if those companies are legit. I have been getting tons of targeted ads lately because I’ve been having major issues and I am just looking for someone relief but also don’t want to waste my money on something that might not be real.

  14. Hi. My step mom is a registered nurse and when I was younger and would itch or feel discomfort down there, she would give me liquid betadine solution and tell me to dilute a little in warm water and sit inside the water for a while and wash down there with the water. Is this safe? Can I do this?

  15. All the doctors prescribe is birth control and metformin. I started back on birth control after a large weight gain but i can’t do metformin again and I’m scared of all the glp 1. So im gonna do birth control , flo and slimvance and see where i end up

  16. I have found a good prenatal, vitamin D, fish oil, and COQ10 have given me relief
 along with stopping tampon use, increase exercise, and improving my diet.

    Can you do a video on vaginal probiotic suppositories?
    There are a ton on the market: LactoMedi gel, – Love Wellness Flora Power vaginal suppository, Gynocare probiotic gel, VagiBiom suppository, Binto, Vee Cleanse

  17. Flo ovarian support , and does it cause weight gain, I’ve seen some people commenting that was their side effect?

  18. I always appreciate a professional’s opinion. However, on the flip side of the coin many of the medications that doctor’s prescribe cause side effects. I have had issues with my periods for a long time and the bloodwork always come back normal as well as the ultrasounds. No doctor has been able to find the cause for my irregular periods. So they resort to prescribing birth control which is known to put us at risk for breast cancer. I have really lost faith in Doctors, it feels like they are more interested in prescribing meds than getting to the root of the problem. I am not saying that this doctor is that way. I am simply shining light on to my own experiences. Also, the doctor mentioned that this products can be harmful. Can you please specifically say how S’moo can be harmful?

  19. Ma’am i beg to differ but S’moo is an excellent product !!!!!! Ive been using it for half a year and i wont stop

  20. Hey We’re a new brand can we send you our product no strings attached just want to know what you think

  21. Please review supplements on menopause dryness and painful sex! So many and I just don’t know if I should try them.

  22. How the heck you became a OBGYN when you are pro abortion? You don’t care about us or either unborn baby’s. If your mama would have abort you your ass would not be here right now. You see if you believe in God then you believe in Jesus Christ he said in his words
    Psalm 139 13

    13 For you formed my inward parts;
    you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
    14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.[a]
    Wonderful are your works;
    my soul knows it very well.
    15 My frame was not hidden from you,
    when I was being made in secret,
    intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
    16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
    in your book were written, every one of them,
    the days that were formed for me,
    when as yet there was none of them.
    17 How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!
    How vast is the sum of them!
    18 If I would count them, they are more than the sand.
    I awake, and I am still with you.

  23. I was taken off estrodiol cold turkey and offered antidepressants instead. I said no. I am using a product formulated by Dr Christiane Northrup….no more hot flashes. You talk about overpriced supplements but the pharmaceuticals prescribed are seriously overpriced as well. And no one has made more money than the pharmaceutical companies…..with side effects to boot. Btw My estrodio;l patches were 1200 dollars a year.

  24. I had to go off script, supplement, and detox (general detox, not BC specific I ditched that horrible stuff years ago) before I actually was able to sustain a pregnancy and is the reason why I have my two kids now.

    I worked for a naturopath so I had a lot of great info but my suggestion would be to see a practitioner that can traverse the supplement world from a professional point of view. Functional medicine docs, naturopaths for instance. Medicine and BC aren’t your only options and herbs and proper supplementation is extremely powerful. I also want to point out that things not being studied or there isn’t enough proof is a reason that is thrown around a lot because there is no money in studying inexpensive supplements. So the catch phrase is “there is no proof”. If you are waiting for big pharma to help prove that vitamins are going to work better than their drugs you’re gonna be waiting a long time. I have been harmed so many times by things medical doctors have prescribed me. My advice to other women is to be just as skeptical about meds as they would be about anything that goes in their body and know, there are other options.

  25. Hi! I would like to know what the actual components of this products suppose to do once we take them đŸȘ‚ I came to yt because they showed those complicated names that makes me think it should do something

  26. I have PCOS and taken smoo. I will say, it did ease some of those symptoms and I started having regular periods. I’m wondering if it was mainly due to the inositol đŸ€”. No one has been able to get to the root cause of my issues though. Obviously diet and exercise, but not why my body actually reacts the way it does. It’s wild growing up and realizing womens health has been on the back burner all these years. Thanks for the info!

  27. What is your knowledge on Olly lovin libido for a woman who has had a very low libido for a few years in her 30’s going on 38 1/2?

  28. I have never heard of these products, so all good there and I watched the video about URO, but I am curious to know what you think of Olly and there Happy Hoo-Ha probiotic vitamin?
